SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE
The following projects document selected experience across real-estate and infrastructure projects. In real estate, this includes new build, existing assets, core refurbishment, heritage protection, project development, commercial property and high-end residential projects. In addition, NIVEAU supports current international projects in infrastructure, hydraulic engineering and exploration.
The experience was gained in different roles – including client, owner, project developer, general contractor and investor representative. Where projects pre-date the current corporate positioning of NIVEAU GmbH or were developed together with project partners, the respective role is stated for each project.

Client · New build
Development of a multi-family residential building with a total area of approximately 600 m². The project was accompanied in the role of client from planning and preparation through to construction and was successfully completed in 2001.

Comprehensive core refurbishment of a listed residential and commercial building.
The building comprises one commercial unit and four high-quality apartments. The refurbishment addressed the specific requirements of heritage protection while combining preservation of the historic structure with high-quality modernisation.

The multi-family residential building was planned and realised in 2013–2014.
The property comprises two maisonette apartments and one penthouse apartment.

Comprehensive core refurbishment of a listed single-family residence.
The project was accompanied in the role of client and placed high demands on planning, coordination and execution due to extensive heritage requirements and the need to preserve the historic building fabric.

The project is currently in the preparation and development phase. NIVEAU supports project preparation and is working on the intended use of the Incomat® system for water canal construction.

NIVEAU is supporting a Kazakh company in the exploration of a site. The results will subsequently be evaluated and the measures required for further project development will be defined.

In addition to our independent investor and client representation, we maintain distribution partnerships with established industrial and system companies. Project-specific responsibilities are governed by the respective engagement and the services contractually agreed.
The naming of distribution partners describes the existing business relationship. It does not transfer the services or responsibilities of one company to the other.
