Niveau GmbH provides an additional client-side control and representation function. Our services do not automatically replace contractual construction supervision performed by architects or specialist planners.
Technical assessments requiring specific professional qualifications or expert certification are performed by appropriately qualified specialists. Payment approvals are provided as documented review and decision recommendations to the client.
